Ashley Gebhardt

I am a senior at Ohio University pursuing a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration and a certificate in Human Resource Management. My academic and professional experiences bridge people, strategy, and operations, with hands-on HR exposure in both public and private sector environments.

Through internships in municipal government and manufacturing, I have supported onboarding, recruiting, compliance, and HRIS operations while gaining a deeper understanding of how people practices directly impact organizational performance. Alongside my HR experience, I contribute to small business marketing and operations, strengthening my perspective on branding, customer engagement, and business growth.

In Fall 2026, I will begin Ohio University’s One-Year MBA program as I continue building toward a long-term goal of strategic HR leadership. This portfolio highlights the work, projects, and experiences that are shaping that journey.
