My Background

In Fall 2026, I will begin Ohio University’s One-Year MBA program as I continue building toward a long-term career in strategic human resources and organizational leadership. Pursuing graduate school represents the next step in both my academic and professional development, allowing me to expand my understanding of leadership, organizational strategy, business operations, and workplace development.

My undergraduate experiences helped me recognize how closely connected people, communication, and organizational success truly are. Through psychology, business coursework, leadership opportunities, and HR internships, I developed a growing interest in understanding not only how organizations function operationally, but also how workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership influence long-term organizational effectiveness.As I continue into graduate school, I hope to further strengthen my knowledge of organizational strategy, leadership development, and operational decision-making. 

 

More than anything, I view graduate school as an opportunity to continue learning, challenging myself, and expanding the perspective I have developed throughout my undergraduate experience. I am excited to continue building the skills, experiences, and professional relationships that will shape the next stage of my career and personal growth.
