My Background

Future Plans

My passion for understanding people and organizations grew from hands-on experiences in diverse work environments, from bakery production at Dorothy Lane Market to HR internships in both corporate and public sectors. These experiences taught me the importance of leadership, communication, and organizational strategy in creating efficient, supportive workplaces. My goal is to become a Human Resources professional who bridges the gap between organizational objectives and employee well-being, ultimately aspiring to serve as an HR Manager and, eventually, a HR Director shaping culture and workforce development. To achieve this, I plan to pursue graduate studies in Human Resources through Ohio University’s One-Year MBA program, combining my foundation in psychology and business with advanced skills to lead and make a meaningful impact in organizations.

Obtaining my Masters in Business Administration is both a personal goal and a professional goal of mine. It will allow me to deepen my understanding of organizational strategy, refine my leadership skills, and gain the advanced knowledge needed to navigate complex workplace challenges. By combining my background in psychology and business with graduate-level learning, I will be well-equipped to drive meaningful change, support employee growth, and contribute to creating positive and effective organizational cultures. Ultimately, this degree will serve as a bridge between my current experiences and my long-term aspiration of becoming a Human Resources leader who makes a tangible impact on both people and organizations.
